Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

civil -pre-trial conf.

recieved for pre-trial date,and it states i must have pretrial statement must be submitted 2 weeks prior to hearing. can u explain this?i have no lawyer,and new 2 this,appreciate your response.thank-you!K.Bovitz

Almost all courts that require a pretrial statement have a form that they supply to you. If you didn
