money owed from former boyfriend

exboyfriend and i bought a snowmobile trailer ($4000.00 both paying $2000.00) joinly,

upon breaking off the relationship, an agreement was

e-mailed (8-31-01) stating he had until 12-31-01, to buy out my investment in this trailer or sell it

at market price ($3600.00 - $3800.00). i bought a complete computer and satellite dish with an agreement that the $2000.00 was to be reinbursed.

i have not recieved any payments. i have recipts

for these purchases.

what are my steps of actions?

Small claims court doesn't require an attorney, but you may want to call Eric to help you walk through this.

Make sure you include filing fees and other expenses of litigation when you make your claim.

You need to file a claim in small claims court. Go to district court (which one depends on jurisdiction of the court) and ask for an affidavit & claim, it should come with instructions. Feel free to call my office for further assistance. Best Wishes!
