Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I have a non profit 501c3, a donor decided they wanted their contributions back from 2007 thru 2011, am I responsible to return it

It matters why the guy wants his money back. The fact that you are a 501c3 doesnot exempt you from general laws that apply to everyone else. It only gives you a non-profit tax status.
