Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I received a citation for retail fraud , shoplifting I am bipolar with depression and I have only vague recollection of parts of the incident. I don't recall any of the drive there or what I was doing. I believe I could be guilty because why would strangers make that up. I don't know what to plead to the citation. please help understand my choices.
