Unemployment question - right to terminate?
My employer entered my e-bay account (on their computer which I used at work) and found items for sale which matched items that disappeared from the work place. They then terminated me. Did they have the right to look in my personal account? Also, will they be able to contest my request for unemployment benefits?

Yes. They have a right to terminate you.
The computer was their computer so arguably, you do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
