Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan
Verbal Contract
I sold my neighbor 1/4 acre of land. He agreed to fence it off to keep his dog & kids in his yard, But now 3 years later still has not done so. I have nothing in writing, just a verbal agreement between him & his wife and me. Can I sue him to install the fence?
