Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
I'm a U.S. citizen that doesn't make enough money for the affidavit of support for my husband. My mother offered to help. She is currently letting my husband and I stay at her house in Michigan, while she's in a Florida apt. Does that make her a household member? Should she complete a I-184 or I-184A?

Since you are not living together, it appears that she is not a household member.
