From your post it follows that you are clearly not eligible for USA citizenship because you don't meet the basic naturalization requirements. One of which is continuous residence in the USA (and you spent only 1-2 months a year in USA).

Some of the other issues: do you file taxes as a USA resident with IRS every year? If you are male, did you resister with Selective Service (if it was age appropriate)? Do you maintain residency in the USA? What about your work and family, etc?

Yes, USCIS can find out when you departed and reentered the US. Also, when you attend your naturalization interview, you will be questioned under oath. If you are find to have lied under oath, you may never be able to prove the necesary "good moral character" required to become a US Citizen.
