You will need to ask for a waiver of the joint filing requirement because normally the petition to remove conditions from conditional residence is filed jointly by a husband and a wife. Since you are divorced, and if you wish to remain in the USA as a permanent resident, you will need to prove to the USCIS that your marriage was bona fide (not a fraud, not for a green card).
This would be much more difficult petition than a jointly filed petition. You should consult a qualified immigration lawyer for assistance without delay.

You might be eligible to file for a waiver in order to get a green card without conditions (meaning it won't expire in 2 years) If you do not file for the waiver, you will not be able to keep your current green card. There is lots of evidence that you will have to submit with your waiver which indicates that your marriage was real and that you did not get married only to get a green card. Please call us so we can explain this in more detail. (248) 619-0065
