Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
I married a illegal immigrant and today we are in the process of putting pappers for him, for his green card. I need a second opinion on this issue, he's only 21 but when he was in his teens he used a fake social security number using his name. The social was not stolen its just a fake number that was bought from the streets. Could that be a big problem? I dont want to start anything if my husband is going to be charged with a Felony and then get deported. Any advice on the steps that i should take?

You should not file anything for your husband with the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS) without first having a paid confidential consultation with any qualified immigraton attorney.
First, if he is illegal immigrant - how did he come to USA and when? Did he have a visa? What country he is from?
Second, did someone ever petitioned for him or his parents? If yes, who and when?
Third, yes, using a false SSN and possibly stating that he is a USA citizen (because he has no green card or a valid visa to say that he is a lawful immigrant) could be a huge problem.
Lastly, does he have a Driver license (and how he obtained it)? Does he have any criminal record, was he ever arrested or stopped on the border when trying to cross illegally, etc?
His age is largely irrelevant as he is over 18.
Unfortunately, based on your brief post, I can't assure you that in this situation it's okay to file for a green card. You need serious legal help, not merely a second opinion.
