no fault insurance
my husband is 75 yrs of age and was in an auto accident oct 23rd 2001..he was hit head on and had a hip replacement..and sciatic nerve damage and doesnt walk very well..we have a lawyer but says the lady that hit him has 20,000 insurance...we have 300,000 unisured motorist insurance..should he sue my insurance first or hers...thank you norma
