What is the statute of limitations, for a car rental agency, in regards to the car rental agency filing a claim on a damage vehicle owned by them?

Re: statute of limitations
The default statute of limitations is six years; however, your case may (but possibly not) fall into a three year limitation period. However, if they sued or seek relief in Georgia, they may have different statute of limitation periods.
