Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Michigan
Copywrites
Hello- I wrote two books on education and I need to get them copywrited before I attemp to get them published. I thought I could get the forms from the post office, or, downloaded but I can't seem to find anything to help me! Also, at this early stage, do I need an attorney? Thank you, Jodi

Re: Copywrites
Go to the library of congress website:
http://www.loc.gov/copyright
You will find the proper forms which you can download. The filing fee for each book will be 30.00. You need to submit at least one copy of each book with the application.
Good Luck!!!!
