Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
My doctor told me that I should avoid sitting in traffic for extended periods of time as it aggrivates a medical condition. My employer allowed me to change my hours to accomodate driving in and home before rush hour traffic (I drive 46 miles each way). They have allowed this for two years and now because others in the office resent my hours they want me to go back to 8-5. Do they have to honor my doctors limitations?
