Is there a law that protects pregnant women and eviction?

Re: Eviction
No, there is no special law that would give a pregnant woman any different or special rights over a non-pregnant woman. Sorry....
Re: Eviction
There are a lot of laws that protect you from eviction. Pregnant women and all others are protected from eviction by abiding the terms of your lease/contract. Other than that, no, a landowner is not going to be forced into a tenancy because you are pregnant. There are procedures for a proper eviction and those must be met whether or not you are pregnant.
