Is landlord responsible for actions in home?
I suspect underage drinking in the house I rent out. If indeed that is happening and police get called to the home, will they come and arrest me because I'm the home owner?

No they will not arrest you. They may inquire about your knowledge of the situation, but you would not be subject to criminal liability merely because you are the home owner.
