had a year lease went to sigh the lease again and he kept putting me off for 4 months then told me he sold the house now wants me to pay to fill the fuel tank, it was full at the end of the lease and used the last 4 months do i have to pay this

When your lease expired, the lease became a month-to-month lease by default. The new lease would continue with the terms of the original lease but would be monthly versus yearly. Therefore, you should look to the prior lease for your obligations on the fuel tank. A 30 day notice would be required to evict you and/or to change any lease terms.
