Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
Landlord will not return our deposit, located in MI
Our lease that we signed said we would recieve the deposit within 30 days. 2 months later, after tons of calls that have gone unanswered and certified letters we have not even got as much as sheet of paper to say we are not getting anything back. If we went to court would we have a good chance of winning? We have phone records that show that we have called many time and other items to take to court. Could we get the whole deposit back?

Do you have a signed lease agreement?? If you do you have an excellent chance of winning. You should contact an attorney.
