my aunt which is my tenants assaulted me and didn't pay her rent skip town abanned the apartment and leaving me with the debt ti pay the rent this happen on the 1st of june and i'm running out of things to do but i dont know how to handle this please help me

You are obligated by law to the terms of any lease that you have signed. If your aunt was subleasing from you, you have a suit against her if she breached her agreement with you. You would have to sue her, obtain a judgment, and seize her assets; but again, you are still liable on any lease you signed and therefore, must abide its terms irregardless of your aunt having duped you.
