Life Lease
I need to know what form I need in order to do a life lease. My grandmother is selling her house to my sister, but she plans on living there until she dies. She would like to have a legal life lease drawn up. I would like to do this myself if possible, to save money.

It is illegal to do this yourself - the unauthorized practice of law. Why would you in any event, when an attorney can do it for you for a modest fee.
