Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

What should I do about this situation please?

I Would like to better understand this could someone please help with this? ... I received notice that I am a tenant, at a residency in which I do not own, or reside, Was a guest sleeping there and workin on my developing, learning, and solutions for my webpage. Fell asleep woke up to pistols and KVET. Saying there are 4 tenant--name removed--

and me being one of the listed. I received a copy and not certified document stating the notice to alleviate the problem asap. Or additional legal action may be persued as public nuisance.... They say they found small amount of methanphetamine in which was not on or around me to my knowledge, as I was awoke from my keyboard where I was working with a Gun In my eye almost. I dont understand what it is saying, that I am going to be charged with this charge, or If I am not to be near or around this tenancy again or something, anyone who could give me guidance and advice I would greatly apprieciate the help and advice.
