Possible Hostile Work Environment

I work in an environment where the facility manager will not allow myself and others in the same positions to do our jobs. We are first line supervisors and any rule violations we submit to the manager are dismissed without investigation. What would you call a work environment in which you cannot do your job?

As to the question of what I would call a job where I cannot do my job? I'd call that my prior job. Look elsewhere for work. William S. Stern
