Kangaroo Court

Plaintiff has requested that his lawsuit be moved out of the county, and the Judge be removed from his case due to bias and discriminatory actions. Can the plaintiff bring a lawsuit up against the Judge for this, or does the plaintiff have to sue the courts?

Such requests are almost always rejected since most judges are not stupid enough to make comments on the record showing such bias. Simply because a judge does not like a position that a litigant has taken on a case is insufficient for removal. William S. Stern
