Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan
conspiring to cover a death
Whey is it so hard for an attorney to take a case that evolves many people in a hospital coving up the death of a baby when it is in writing they made false records and tampered with the Records and yet the attorney that looked at it said she can't belieave that that many people would help cover up this death. They Killed him and that is that they had to cover it or get sued and Now we can prove it not one attorney will beleive what they read. Nothing I wrote they wrote it, Why they did no monitors they did no test they did nothing and then he died then they put in the records that a doctor did two exams and then in the sam records they show the doctor was not even at the hospital he was 14 miles away, why did they cover it up the baby died for lack of care, period that is it Nothing more to say Why is this so hard to get an attorney to go after. Why is this unbelieveable when it is in the records the hospital made, Heck the police are now investagating it. Yet can I get a attorney . What a better case Handed on a platter yes I am mad I want my day in court. And this one I am told if I can get some one to take is worth more than the capps allow.

Re: conspiring to cover a death
You must be able to find an expert who will support your case. Either the consulting attorneys do not feel they will be able to obtain expert support, or there is some technical issue such as running of the statute of limitations.
