Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

inappropriate diagnosis

I went to the hospital last year and they sent me away for two days in a row, saying it was just gas and it was a cyst that had burst the doctor who did my surgery told me I may not have been here to tell about it if they had sent me away one more time. There is more to it but I am wondering what kind of rights I have. Please help

Re: inappropriate diagnosis

Even if there was malpractice, you must have permanent, serious damage as a direct result of the malpractice in order to make it economically feasible to pursue a case. This is because malpractice cases are incredibly expensive to pursue. The lawyer must advance many times tens of thousands of dollars for expert costs, etc. in order to be able to present a case.
