Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

My ex-boy friend is 14 he has accused me of having sex with him and his parents are probably going to press charges. His claims are false I know he is a minor and so every time he pressed I told him that I would not have sex with him because of me being 16, the legal age for my state and I believe it to be a felony to have sex with a minor. I would like to know if i have any right to sue his family for making false police reports and false accusations that could ultimately end my social life as I know it. Please if you would be so kind to reply and give a name or maybe some contact information for the lawsuit if I am allowed to sue for slander or something it would be highly appreciated. I know I am innocent because he claims that we had sex in school during lunch... there are security cameras facing my lunch table and the footage will prove that there is no substance to his claims. please i really need help and i want him to regret making these false accusations by all LEGAL means possible. I thank you in advance for all help you supply...
