My father and I were involved in an accident at atraffic light were a commecial truck rear ended us destroying my fathers car. The company Andys statewide havent returned any of my emails but have damaged property and I have 2 kids who werent present at the time but destroyed their car seats which make me a nervous wreck everytime I drive with them. My question is do we have a case for damages other than insurance deductibles including pain and suffering and othe anxiety issues due to this accident.
