Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

Can i file a civil suit against a bar that intentionally overcharged my credit card by $100? If so, can I collect damages beyond the $100? Punitive? Cost of court filings? Reimbursement for time and efforts?

If you get your $100 back by challenging the bill, consider yourself compensated. You were in a bar, so you were probably drinking. What facts can you testify to, that will convince a court of the intent formed in the mind of the person who ran your credit card?
