Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I got fillers in my upper lip and (jermederm) instead of it increasing volume of the lip it has left welds on the face, is there any legal action I can take toward the cosmectic doctor? My face is a mess and I have been very depressed about the whole situation and they still want me to pay my credit card charge.
