Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

Got hurt on the job

I had an 1000 pound rack fall over on me and shattered my ankle because it was top heavy and on wheels. I was on the job. Do I have a case. Yes they are paying for my medical but the doctor said I will never be 100% again ?
