Renters in a foreclosed home

My daughter & roommates rent a house that is in foreclosure. An eviction notice was placed on their door giving them 6 months. Should they continue to pay rent since the liklihood of recovering their security deposit is nil?

They are legally obligated to pay rent. That being said, the foreclosure may be a breach by the landlord/owner. You would need to check your lease.
