Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

writ of restitution

We forclosed on our home and in November went to court to evict us. Days after I came up with money to buy back. at that time they said they could not due to they did not have the title to home and didnt for the whole 2 years we had a mortgage with them.Told me to wait. 3 months later they call me and said I have days to buy house back. Needed more time. Was told a writ of restitution was going to be signed by judge never recieved anything from courts or anyone.I was told they had to reforclose on our home I dont know what is going on and want to know my rights. I will need an attorney to help me. I can buy house back but will need to have like 2 or 3 weeks to have the monies available. I just dont know if what ameriquest did is legal or what I should do. Please help us. Thank you Jennifer
