15 year-old friend sexually harassed by 19 year-old man, can she still press cha

My 15 year-old friend had a 19 year old friend and her boyfriend over helping her with math homework. Even while the boyfriend was there he was making implying sexual things to her. Once the boyfriend left he continued to harass her: trying to kiss her, pulling her shirt down, etc. This man has gone to jail previously for harassing another under-age girl.She plans to have a video camera near her the next time he visits, and if anything happens, she plans to use it as evidence against him.She will turn 16 soon and was wondering if she could still press charges. Yes. She could press charges but sometimes for your daughter's sake it may be better to just tell her never to be around that guy again. If you press charges, it will be somewhat traumatic for your daughter and it sounds like you can nip this in the bud.
