Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan
restraining order
me and my ex girlfriend just got back together. between two and three years ago she had put a restraing order on me, the restraining order lasted for one year, it has been expired for one or two years now. she has a one year old kid now and she is concerned that her kid can get taken away if we are together as a couple, due to the restraining order she had on me years ago. we just want to know if her kid really can get taken away from her for that reason.
