Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

I live in a AFC Home. I was swxually violated by another AFC person. The own who I asked to have charges pressed against the person who did it. None were and I am not happy. Since the owner Steve Evert did absolutly nothing, I want to sue for my rights. I can't afford an attorney. What do I do? I need help! I am really scared that this will happen again. This man did this to me 2x prior and nothing was done.

The term"sexually violated" used to mean rape.

Were you raped?

If not, state the facts of your complaint i.e, what actually

happened?

Did he take advantage of your disability?
