Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Sexual Harrassment by supervision then retaliation by management

I was sexually harrassed by a supervisor in my fire department. I filed a complaint with the chief officer which the supervisor recieved a written write up in his file. Then with in 2 to 3 weeks after the incident I was notified by another supervisor that I was being transfered to another station due to me being in the station area. Mind you there are multiple personel that do not live in the station area that they are located at. I was advised and then told them I had not been told anything about the issue. Then the District Chief was contacted and advised that I would be recieving the information in the mail within the next couple of days per my supervisor. I was told by my supervisor that this is discrimination, and retaliation being made against me. What are my legal options?

While it technically could be considered an adverse employment action, you don't have any damages. William S. Stern
