i got arrested for 2nd offense dwi if i get in volved in alcohol program will that keep me out of jail ?

You're the only one who knows if you have a problem with alcohol. If you do, go to AA. If you're unsure, go to AA and find out. Regardless, AA won't harm you and the court doesn't have to know unless you tell it.
