Injury car accident uninsured
If you knowingly let an uninsured driver drive your car and they have an accident what is your liability in? What if they injure someone and you are with them?

technically, the car is what needs to be insured, not the driver. So as long as you had the car he was driving insured, there will be coverage. Contact my office if you would like further info. Regards, Tim Klisz
