Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Out of State Speeding Ticket
Will the points received for a ticket in Virginia be transfered to my Michigan driving record? The ticket was for 91/65, this is Reckless Driving in Virginia, a court appeariance is required. I have an attorney in Va. working on it, my record in Mi. is clean.

Most states report to other states, so, yes, it would transfer.
