Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
When my brother was POA for my father's finances he embezzled all of his money over a 3 year period of time. Approximately $35,000. Can I access my dad's banking records? I had a court appointed Guardian/Conservator placed, but my dad passed after about 2 months of having her on board. I told her my brother had stolen all of dad's money, but she didn't seem to want to get involved with that issue and did nothing.
