Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My Dear Sister in law has not coughed up the inheritance that her brothers are entitled to & It has been almost a year. We know there is a will, but not sure where it is registered. What is the time limit for the brothers to be entitled to their inheritance??? where can I find a copy of the will?? if filed??? is she biding time so she doesnt have to distribute the money???
