divorced first now ex dies

i bought the form for widow. because i thought i was supposed to because my husband is dead now. but we were divorced. so am i using divorced will or widow will? I was afraid if I used a divorced will then it would not cover that he was dead. what will was I supposed to buy and which one do i fill out?

I would strongly advise against using either. A Will is a legal document that has monumental consequences. I suggest seeking the advice of an attorney who specializes in this area to assist you with the preparation of your Will. I have seen numerous estates end up being distributed in ways never intended by the deceased parent or spouse as the result of using a "Form Will" Although it may cost more money in the short term, it will ensure that your estate is distributed in the manner that you intended.
