Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My husband passed away 3 years ago,the house has always been in his fathers name who died in 75', my husband accidentally registered the wrong deed in 96' which was in his fathers name. in 75' a lawyer quit claimed the house to my husband and myself, can i register the deed with my name & my husbands name which is a quick claim deed the lawyer did in 75' ?
