What do the initials ''its'' stand for after a signature

Your question is a bit vague, but I assume that the form was set up for an entity such as an LLC or Corporation to sign. If that is the case frequently the signer uses their name for the signature and then after "its" adds their title/authority to act. For example "John Smith, its Managing Director". Doing so shows that John Smith was acting on behalf of his role as the Managing Director of the entity when he signed.
