land contract
my mother died and owned 1 property that there is a land contract for,she had no other assets, and no will, what must i do to insure the owners of land contract get their property?

You must instill yourself with the power to sign over the property to the new owners via a deed. This can be done by opening an estate in the probate court and becoming personal representative. If you need any assistance, please let me know.
