Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

mother died estate question

My mother died a year ago and my step father was left as her benefiticary. My step father re-married with in months of my mothers death and has not shared any her the money with myself or my two half siblings. As her(my deceased mothers) son, do I have any claim to her life savings?
