Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

The personal representative allowed one of two beneficiaries, my sister, to take all remaining items from the estate (after auctioned items) without allowing me (the other half) access to those items. From what I've read, the representative's responsibility is to be fair and just. In addition, he allowed my sister to submit bids for these auctioned items directly to him, while I was required to submit mine to the lawyer immediately. Coincidentally, all her bids were approximately ten dollars above mine. Is this legal? If he is not being fair and just, can he be removed?
