Does Michigan have a compensation scale for determining the fees of personal representatives and attorneys similar to California's 10800?

Attorneys and Personal Representative's in Michigan are entitled to a reasonable fee for services rendered.

No. In fact, lawyers are prohibited from charging based on a percentage of the estate. Work must be charged on an hourly basis. For personal representatives, the fee is reasonable, based on time as well.
