Does Michigan have a compensation scale for determining the fees of personal representatives and attorneys similar to California's 10800?

Re: Personal Representative's Compensation
No. In fact, lawyers are prohibited from charging based on a percentage of the estate. Work must be charged on an hourly basis. For personal representatives, the fee is reasonable, based on time as well.
