Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My question is what can I do if my attorney wont return any of my phone calls. My mother inlaw passed away last july and we hired an attorney in the town she lives in to help with the probate of her estate and he has been no help to us what so ever. I have emailed him a dozen times and called probably a dozen times yet no return calls or emails. SO what can i do, i called the court and they said that the estate is a non supervised probate so that i would need to contact him to get any info on what is going on but cant seem to get him to call back.
